Absentee Bidder Contract

1. Print form, fill out completely, sign and fax to (780) 458-5768 at least 6 hours prior to sale commencing.
2. All bidding will be done on your behalf as though you were in attendance.
3. Most bidding starts from people in attendance at the sale, the absentee bid may be used to open the bidding at no more than half the absentee amount.
4. The absentee bid will not be exceeded by any amount.
5. Absentee bids must be a minimum of $20.00 per lot.
6. Most auctions at Ward's Auctions have a 10% buyers premium.
7. All absentee bids must be accompanied by a Visa or Mastercard number.
8. The absentee bidder authorizes Ward's Auctions to process payment on the credit card number shown here.
9. The absentee bidder agrees to all of the terms and conditions of the sale, including checkout deadlines, proper insurance coverage if they are successful, buyers premiums, shipping and handling etc. Ward's Auctions will make every effort to honour your bids, however absentee bids are not guaranteed.
